The wife and mother were connected to a kidnapping and disappearance of a family of four. Adam Mayes mother and wife were arrested for aggravated kidnapping. This was all connected with the kidnapping of JoAnn Bain and her three daughters. They were reported missing in their home in Tennessee on April 28. JoAnn Bain and her oldest daughter who was only fourteen were found dead in the backyard of the Mayes home on Guntown Mississippi. Adam Mayes and the other two daughters have not been found yet. Gary Bain reported the women missing on the 27th of April. That is JoAnn’s husband and the girls step dad. The police interviewed Mayes and he said he was the last person to see the girls and when the police went back for another interview Mayes was gone. Mary Mayes is Adams mother and she said that she saw him digging holes in the backyard.
